Eligibility Period:
1 March 2025 to midnight (GMT+8), 30 March 2026
Only programmes created in Asia and premiered (on air or streamed) in Asia during the eligibility period are eligible to enter. “Created in Asia” refers to programmes commissioned, financed or produced primarily by companies based in Asia.
Entry Deadline:
30 March 2026 (midnight GMT+8)
The entry deadline is final. The system will automatically prevent submissions after this time.
Entries cannot be changed after the submission deadline.
All entries will be reviewed to ensure required materials have been submitted. We will contact you using the contact details provided in your entry if anything is missing or if further information is required.
Nominees/Finalists will be announced in June 2026. Winners will be announced during a live event in Bangkok on 27 August 2026.
Submission Guidelines
Only eligible entries submitted via the official Awards platform will be accepted.
Co-productions are eligible provided the programme meets the “Created in Asia” requirement.
Video Submission
For TV series, please submit one episode only — choose the strongest representative episode from the series.
You may edit and re-upload your entry up until the entry deadline (midnight GMT+8, 30 March 2026).
You may enter multiple categories and/or submit multiple programmes, provided each entry is submitted separately and meets the eligibility criteria.
Please submit the original version of the programme/episode as broadcast or streamed. There is no need to edit specifically for the Awards, although commercials and promos may be removed.
- For Best Original Song, please submit either the official music video or an episode containing the song.
- For Best Sound Design, you may submit either a full episode or a compilation of relevant scenes.
Entries not originally in English must include English subtitles.
Written Materials
A strong synopsis is critical. Please keep it concise — 450 words is more than sufficient.
You may optionally upload an episode breakdown if relevant.
Images
The platform will prompt you to upload still images for editorial use in ContentAsia’s magazines, newsletters and social media platforms. Please include captions and image credits.
Contact Information
Please ensure all contact details are accurate, including company name and primary contact person. These details will be used if your entry is selected as a finalist.
