  • Finalists will be announced by the end of early July 2025 and the winners will be announced during a live event in Taipei in September 2025. This will also be live-streamed on Facebook.
  • The ContentAsia Awards Ceremony will be held in Taipei in **September 2025**.

Submission Guidelines

Only eligible entries submitted through the Awards platform are accepted. In addition, each entry mush include the following:

  1. English subtitles if the entry is in another language
  2. Payment for each entry
  3. Additional documentation required for the category
  • Each entry for TV series should be one episode. We would love to see your entire series at some point (and we probably already have) but we want you to choose your best episode for the particular category.
  • The original version of the programme/episode as broadcast/streamed must be submitted. Please don’t edit for our benefit! All we want by way of adjustment from the original version are English-language subtitles. You can also edit out commercials and promos.
  • In the case of Best Original Song, please submit either the music video or an episode that includes the song. For Best Sound Design, you may submit a compilation of scenes or a full episode.
  • A great synopsis is critical. Make it short, 450 words is MORE than enough. Judges have a lot to get through; they aren’t going to read the entire script to figure out where and how your episode fits into the story. Separately, feel free to upload an episode breakdown if you would like to; if any of the judges want extra info, this is where they will find it.
  • In addition to your video entry, the entry platform will prompt you to upload a selection of still images for editorial use in ContentAsia’s magazines and newsletters. Please include captions and image credits.
  • If the original episode is in another language, please add English subtitles.
  • You may edit and re-upload your entry after submitting, up until the entry deadline of midnight on 18 April 2025.
  • Please make sure all your personal details are entered accurately, including company name and contact details. We will use these to contact you should your entry be selected as one of the finalists.
  • You are eligible to enter more than one category, or enter multiple programmes into the same category, as long as each programme submitted meets the entry criteria.
  • You can use the ‘copy’ feature to create a copy of your entry and change the category as required.
  • Entry fees must be paid online at time of completing submissions. If you choose to pay by telegraphic transfer, the fees must be transferred before judging begins. If your submissions have not been paid for, they may not be included for judging.
  • We are absorbing credit card/paypal charges. If you choose invoice/bank transfer, please make sure you add on bank charges. Our invoice will remind you.
